Vegetable Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint Pepper Relish, drained
  • 3 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and relish. Serve as dip or spread.

This can also be made by substituting the cream cheese for 1 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
