Ingredients
- 1/2 package (4 ounces) rigatoni
- 1 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 can tomato sauce (14 oz)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and salt until smooth; gradually add milk. Bring to a low boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
2. Drain pasta; place in a large bowl and mix with beaten egg. Pour into a greased 8x8 in. baking dishes.
3. Top pasta with tomato sauce, Italian seasoning white sauce and the mozzarella sauce. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes.
