Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (2 lb) frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with pam.
Put ~1 tsp water with onions in microwave for 2 minutes
Combine all ingredients.
Gently mix and pour into pan.
Bake uncovered for35 minutes.
