Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 can condensed milk
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp finely ground instant coffee
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease a 9" pie plate. Combine crumbs and butter. Press into pie plate. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool.
Place rest of ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Cook until chocolate is melted and combined with the other ingredients. Pour into cooled pie crust. Refrigerate overnight.
