Ingredients
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon slightly crushed cardamom seeds
- 1 piece of fresh ginger, about 1-inch square, peeled
- 1 (28-ounce) bottle white table wine
Preparation
Step 1
In a nonaluminum saucepan or glogg pot, combine the orange juice, brown sugar, cardamom and ginger. Heat slowly to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add the wine. Serve warm.
