Ingredients
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 1/2
- cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 1/4
- cup (1/2-stick) butter, softened
- 3 scallions (green onions), sliced
- 1/2 1/2
- teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 1/2
- teaspoon hot sauce
- 4 (6-ounce) U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except catfish; mix well.
Place fish on prepared baking sheet. Spread mixture evenly over fish.
