- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup frozen corn niblets
- 2 cups lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1
1) In a large saucepan, heat margarine over medium heat. Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender.
2) Add corn, milk, salt and pepper. Heat until hot, but do not boil.
