Ingredients
- 2 small garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. anchovy paste 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice, from one lemon
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together the first five ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until well combined. Taste and adjust to your liking.
