Ingredients
- 1 TBLS. veg oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can (14 1/2oz) chicken broth, (you may want to use a little more)
- 8 oz. No Yolks noodles, uncooked
- 1 pkg. (14 to 16 oz.) frozen broccoli, red pepper, onion and mushroom mix or favorite vegetable mix
- 1 TBLS. Italian seasoning (opt)
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In 5 quart Dutch oven over medium heat, heat oil.
Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and cook in oil until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Add broth and heat to boiling.
Add uncooked noodles and frozen vegetables, stirring to coat noodles with liquid. Add the Italian seasoning at this time.
Heat to a boil then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
