Low Fat Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light butter, softened
  • 1 cup Splenda Granular
  • 1 pound nonfat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Beat softened butter and Splenda Granular briefly in medium bowl, until Splenda Granular is just incorporated.

Add cream cheese, tablespoon by tablespoon.

Mix until lump free, 1 to 2 minutes. Scrape side of bowl and add vanilla extract. Mix well.
