Onion Pie

Ingredients

• 1 cup onions, diced
• 1 cup mayo
• 1 cup Jarlsberg or Swiss Cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan, & stil over medium heat until cheese is melted.

2. Pour mixture into a 8" x 8" oven-safe baking dish or 9" round pie pan & bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly & golden on top.



Serve with crackers or crusty bread rounds.
