Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts .
  • 4 cloves of Garlic crushed
  • 2/3 cup of chopped parsley or cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup of Tahini
  • 4 Tablespoons of Hoisin
  • 4 Tablespoons of Soya Sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons of Lime Juice
  • 1/2 cup of Sherry
  • 2 Teaspoons of Cumin
  • 2 Teaspoons of Tabasco
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 1 Zucchini
  • Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cut Chicken in to small pieces to be put on skewers and drilled on the Barbecue.

Put all ingredients (except sour cream) in a bowl and mix together to make the marinade.

Split Marinade in half.

Marinade the Chicken for 4 to 5 hours.

Add a 1/2 cup of Sour Cream to the other half of the Marinade and use as sauce for dipping.

Cut Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Mushrooms, Red Onion and Zucchini into pieces to be placed on Skewers.

Put Chicken and Vegetables on Skewers and Grill over Medium heat until done. About 5 minutes a side depending on the heat of your Barbecue.i
