Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Chop Meat
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup bread crumbs soaked in 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Large Onion
- 1/2 tsp. All-Spice
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine ingredients into a mixture and roll into balls.
2. Brown meatballs, cover meatballs with water.
3. Simmer 1/2 hour, take meatball out and thicken gravy.
4. Put meatballs back and cook another 1/2 hour.
