Ingredients

  • 3

    lbs. Chop Meat

  • 3

    Eggs

  • 1

    Cup bread crumbs soaked in 3/4 Cup Milk

  • 1

    Large Onion

  • 1/2

    tsp. All-Spice

  • 1

    tsp. Salt

  • 1/2

    tsp. Pepper

Directions

1. Combine ingredients into a mixture and roll into balls. 2. Brown meatballs, cover meatballs with water. 3. Simmer 1/2 hour, take meatball out and thicken gravy. 4. Put meatballs back and cook another 1/2 hour.
