Ingredients
- 3 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears (cooked - not overly done)
- 6-8 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 t. curry powder
- 4 t. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Cook onion and celery in water until tender - 30/40 minutes. Let cool. In a long casserole dish, lay broccoli in bottom and cover with boneless chicken. Mix together sauce of soup, mayo, curry powder, and lemon juice. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and bake 350 for 30-40 min. Cover lightly!
