Ingredients
- 1 # Ground Pork
- 2 Onions, diced
- 4-5 # Tomatoes, cored, seeded and rough chop (Heirloom tomatoes are excellent)
- 3-5 Cloves Garlic
- S & P
- 3 T Parsley and Basil
- Parm

Preparation
Step 1
Sweat onions, then add prok and garlic. Cook until meat is dones, add tomatoes and season with S & P. Cover and cook for about 20min.
Before serving, add basil and parsley.
Serve over udon or other thick noodles and top with more basil if desired and parm.
