Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 heads broccoli
- 1/2 cup chopped purple onion
- 1 pkg. (9/10 oz.) mozzarella cheese
- l pkg. (8/10 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- l lb. bacon, cooked until crisp, crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- l/2 cup sugar
- l TBS. wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Separate cauliflower/broccoli into bite sized florets. Arrange in large bowl. Top with onion, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses and bacon. Combine mayo with sugar and vinegar. Spread on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toss all together.
