Ingredients
- Huckleberry Cheesecake:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- Huckleberry Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups huckleberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp cornstarch mixed with a little water
Preparation
Step 1
Cheesecake: Mix together all ingredients and pour into graham cracker crust. Cool and pour huckleberry topping over it just before serving.
Huckleberry Topping: Cook all ingredients until thick. While huckleberries are still warm, pour over chilled cheesecake and serve.
