Ingredients

  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1/2 pint thin cream,coffee cream 1/4 cup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 TBS cornstarch (1 tsp)
  • 1 TBS sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients.
Beat eggs.
Add cream.
Add to dry ingredients and stir well
Add corn

Put in a greased casserole. Dot with butter.

Bake 1 hour at 350 with the lid on until the end.
Remove lid. Remove the lids it gets crispy.

This is the way the recipe was given to me. I have made some confections.
