BAR-B QUE BRISKET
- 5 to 6 lbs boneless briskets
- 3 oz bottle liquid smoke
- 6 oz bottle original bar-b-que sauce
- 1/4 tsp onion salt,garlic salt,salt, pepper, worchestershire sauce.
Add all spices together it makes like a rub for the meat.
Pour liquid smoke over meat in dish cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to cook remove plastic wrap add rub seasoning cover with foil and bake 275 degrees for 5 hrs. After 4 hrs uncocver and add bar-b-que sauce rewrap and cook another hr.
