Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups red grapes
- 1/2 medium orange, peeled
- 1/2 sweet potato, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 medium apple, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger or ginger paste
- 2 dates, pitted
- 2 cups ice

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients into Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid. Select Variable 1.
Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
