Artichoke Chicken

** I use shaved parmesan cheese, but you can use any kind. I also season the top of the mixture with more garlic pepper before baking. I like the extra flavor.
** The mixture is good as a side dish without the chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 3/4 - 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2/3 cup Mayo
  • 1 pinch garlic pepper
  • 4 chicken breast

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 375. Mix ingredients. Place chicken in dish, cover with mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 min. or until chicken is done.
