Taco Meatball Appetizers

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet® Taco Soup Seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream, optional
  • Homemade Gourmet® Maria’s Sauce, prepared, optional

Preparation

Step 1


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 11x17x1 baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix meat with egg, and seasoning until well blended; shape into 1-inch balls. Place meatballs on prepared baking sheet.
3. Bake 15 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle. Transfer meatballs to paper towels to drain.
4. Place meatballs in serving dish and sprinkle with cheese; serve with sour cream and Maria's Salsa, if desired.
