Ingredients
- 1 lb. spaghetti or fettuccine, broken into 3-inch pieces
- 1 qt. prepared spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. (1 1/2 oz.) grated Asiago cheese
- 1 3/4 c. (7 oz.) sliced or shredded Colby longhorn cheese
- 1/3 c. (1 oz.) grated N.Y. sharp cheese
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare pasta according to package instructions; drain. Toss warm pasta with prepared pasta sauce to coat. Add 1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese to mixture and mix well. Spread half of sauced pasta into bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Cover with 1 cup of the Colby cheese. Spread remaining pasta over cheese. Top with remaining 3/4 cup of Colby cheese. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup grated N.Y. cheese and the mozzarella cheese. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned and casserole is bubbly. Remove from heat and let stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
