Easy Turkey Salad with Russian Dressing

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (10-oz.) pkg. romaine-blend mixed salad greens
  • 1 lb. sliced *Drier's* turkey
  • 1 c. halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. plain or seasoned croutons
  • 3/4 c. purchased Russian salad dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Place eggs in medium saucepan; cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer about 15 minutes. Immediately drain; run cold water over eggs to stop cooking. Peel eggs; cut into slices. Arrange salad greens on large serving platter. Roll up each turkey slice. Top greens with turkey, tomatoes, eggs and croutons. Serve with salad dressing.
