Ingredients
- 2 c. cold cooked long-grain white rice (cooked as directed on pkg.)
- 2 c. *Drier's* ham diced
- 4 oz. diced Swiss cheese (1 c.)
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 4 c. coarsely sliced romaine lettuce
- dressing
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tsp. cream-style horseradish, if desired
- 2 tsp. *Drier's* mustard
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, combine cooked rice, ham, cheese and celery; toss to mix. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour over rice mixture; toss to coat. To serve, place 1 cup lettuce on each of 4 plates. Spoon rice mixture evenly onto lettuce.
