Ham And Broccoli Manicotti

Ingredients

  • 8 uncooked manicotti
  • Filling
  • 1 1/2 c. Green Giant frozen broccoli cuts (from 16-oz. pkg.), thawed, well drained
  • 1 1/2 c.*Drier's* ham chopped
  • 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
  • Cheese Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 8 oz. (2 c.) shredded N.Y. cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. *Drier's* mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Cook manicotti to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; place in cold water. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 12x8-inch (2-quart) baking dish. In medium bowl, combine all filling ingredients; mix well. Drain manicotti; stuff each with filling. Set aside. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour; cook until smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk; cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese and mustard until cheese is melted. Pour 1/2 cup cheese sauce in bottom of greased dish. Place filled manicotti side by side over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over manicotti. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
