Ingredients
- 8 oz. uncooked fettuccine, broken into thirds
- 2 tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. Green Giant frozen sweet peas (from 16-oz. pkg.)
- 1/4 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. thinly sliced *Drier's* ham
Preparation
Step 1
Cook fettuccine to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; keep warm. Meanwhile, heat margarine in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 2 to 4 minutes or until tender. Add chicken broth, peas, marjoram and pepper, cook 4 to 6 minutes or until peas are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in ham and cooked fettuccine; cook 2 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated and liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently.
