Ingredients
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. *Drier's* mustard
- 2 1/12 c. milk
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
- 2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 c. *Drier's* ham chopped
- 1 c. shredded N.Y.cheddar cheese topping
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2-quart casserole. In a pan, combine flour, onion, salt, pepper and mustard. Slowly add milk until well blended. Bring to a boil and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Stir in broccoli, macaroni, ham and cheese. Put in the prepared casserole. Combine topping mixture and sprinkle over macaroni mixture. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
