Casserole Spaghetti

  • 1 lb. thin spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 (28-oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 12 to 16 oz. Longhorn cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13-inch dish. Cook spaghetti in boiling water with salt for 5 minutes; drain and rinse with warm water. In pan, layer 1/4- of the tomatoes, 1/3 of the spaghetti, 1/3 of the cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Repeat each layer (including seasonings), ending with cheese. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the top has a golden brown crust.
