Ingredients
- 1 (5-lb.) bone-in or boneless *Drier's ham
- 1/3 c. apple juice
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp.*Drier's* mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Place ham in 4 to 6-quart slow cooker. Add apple juice. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, honey and mustard; mix well. Spread mixture over ham. Cover with foil cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours. Remove ham from slow cooker. Cut ham in half; set 1 half aside. Slice remaining ham; place on serving platter.
