Ingredients
- 1 (3-oz. can pearl onions (not pickled)
- 4 to 5 Irish potatoes (based on dish size), thinly sliced
- 1 lb. ground round or ground chuck, browned and drained
- 1 (10.5-oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain onions (reserve liquid). In a casserole, layer potatoes, meat end onions to top of casserole. No other is seasoning necessary. Thin mushroom soup with onion juice and pour over casserole. Bake until potatoes are tender, about 1 hour.
