Ham Balls I

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. *Drier's* ham ground
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. *Drier's* mustard
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 to 360 degrees. Combine meats, crumbs, eggs and milk and mix thoroughly. Form into balls and place in baking pan. Combine sugar, mustard, vinegar and water; stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Pour mixture over ham balls. Bake for an hour. Baste every 15 minutes.
