Ingredients
- 1 cup cold prepared mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup unsifted flour
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl combine all ingredients except oil; mix well. In large skillet, drop by heaping tablespoonfuls, a few at a time, in small amount of hot oil; fry until golden on both sides. Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers.
