Turkey Breast with Fontina

Ingredients

  • 2 uncooked turkey breasts
  • 2 thin slices of *Drier’s* ham
  • 2 thin slices of Reny Picot fontina
  • dry white wine

Preparation

Step 1

Pound the turkey breasts until they are thin. Dredge each piece in flour and saute them in a large pan with butter until they are nicely browned. Sprinkle with white wine and place a slice of ham and then a slice of Fontina on each piece. Cover the sauce pan and let cook over low heat for another 7 to 8 minutes, until the Fontina is thoroughly melted.
