Rice pudding (g lago)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 3/4 stick sweet margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 QT half and half
  • 1 QT milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 TBSP sugar

Preparation

Step 1

cook rice, water, sugar and margarine until all liquid is absorbed

then add half and half and milk and cook for 1/2 hour

beat together 3 eggs, 2 TBSP sugar, 1/2 cup milk and add it to large mixture

cook until thick
