Ingredients
- OATMEAL TOPPING:
- 2 pints blueberries, picked over and rinsed
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour

- 1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 stick cold butter, cut into small pieces
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
2. Spread berries on paper toweling to dry. Combine brown sugar and flour in medium size bowl. Add berries; toss to coat. Turn into prepared baking dish.
3. Prepare topping. In same bowl, combine oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over blueberries.
4. Bake at 375 degrees until golden and crisp, about 30 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
