Ingredients

  • 2/3 C. dark rum
  • 1/3 C. orange juice
  • 1 ts. orange zest
  • 3 TB. worceshire sauce
  • 1 inch. grated ginger
  • 2 TB. brown sugar
  • 6 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 TB. chopped cilantro
  • 2 lbs. boneless chicken breast or thighs
  • 1 orange sliced for garnish

Step 1

Wisk Rum, o.j., zest, worcestire sauce, ginger, brown sugar, garlick and cilantro together in a bowl. Add chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill chicken.
