Scalloped Potatoes II
This is a very easy recipe.
- 4 potatoes, sliced into 1/4" slices
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt & pepper
- melt 1 stick butter
- 1-2 c. milk
- shredded cheddar cheese
1. Layer sliced potatoes and onion into bottom of casserole dish. Pour 1/2 of melted butter over layer and spread cheese on top.
2. Repeat for second layer.
3. Cover layers with 1-2 c. milk and cover w/foil.
4. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 400 degrees.
