Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 t. salt
- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 c. cooked Minute Rice
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1/4 t. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook cabbage leaves in boiling, salted water for a few minutes to soften. Drain. (Cook time is approximately 5 minutes.
2. Combine beef, rice, onion, egg, salt and pepper with 2 T. soup.
(Thin soup down just enough to spoon easily.
3. Divide meat mixture among the cabbage leaves and roll ands and secure with toothpicks.
4. Place rolls in greased baking dish.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
6. Baste rolls often with remaining thinned soup.
