beef chuck roast
- 2-3 lb boneless, beef chuck roast
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 10 3/4 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
Place roast in slow cooker and sprinkle with dry soup mix. Top with mushroom soup.
Cover and cook on High 1hr and them on low 8hrs or until meat is tender.
Serve with mashed potatoes or cooked noodles.
Note: I used a crockpot cooking bag and it came out super tender. My kids liked it and didn't know it had mushroom soup in it.
Variation: Add cubed potatoes and sliced carrots to beef and continue with directions above.
