Ingredients
- 1 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil
- 6 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 6 Slices Provolone Cheese
- Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
- Pasta Sauce
- 1 Box Pasta of Your Choice

Step 1
1 - Preheat oven to 375
2 - Lightly grease a large baking dish
3 - Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and basil in a bowl
4 - Lightly drizzle olive oil on chicken
5 - Season chicken with salt and pepper and garlic
6 - Dip each chicken breast in bread crumb mixture and arrange in baking dish
7 - Bake approximately 35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear
8 - When chicken is done, cover with mozzerella and 1 slice provolone cheese, and sauce (amount of sauce based on preference)
9 - Return to oven for approximately 3 minutes, or until cheese has melted
