Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup uncooked regular long grain white rice
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 cup (4 oz) cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix soup, water, rice, onion powder, and pepper in shallow baking dish.
Top with chicken.
Cover and bake at 375 for 45 mins.
uncover and sprinkle with cheese.
