Ingredients
- 1 lb. of *Drier's* brats
- 2 bottles of dark beer
- 2 red onions, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer brats in beer for about 10 minutes. Sauté red onions in butter or olive oil until sweated. Then add brats and brown both brats and onions. You might want to add a little of the boiled beer to the saute pan. At this time put brats and onions on your favorite rolls and add *Drier's* mustard enjoy.
