Easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
You have to try this roasted red pepper hummus recipe — it’s creamy, smooth and so delicious.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste

Combine garlic, chickpeas, tahini and lemon juice in food processor. Mix until smooth. Add roasted peppers and basil. Process until peppers are finely chopped.
