Eggs With *Drier's* Ham, Cheddar, and Chives

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. milk or water
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/4 c. *Drier's*diced ham
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded N.Y. sharp cheddar
  • 1/3 c. chopped fresh chives

Preparation

Step 1

In a large nonstick skillet; over medium heat, melt the butter. Saute the ham until browned. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, the milk or water, the salt; and the pepper. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, to desired doneness, 4 to 5 minutes. Just before the eggs are set, stir in the Cheddar and the chives.
