Ingredients
- Tomato Puree
- 1 Onion
- Minced Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Italian Seasoning
- Possible Sherry
- Possible Balsamic Vinegar
- Baking Soda as needed to dilute acidity
Preparation
Step 1
Mince onion and garlic and cook in olive oil until soft. Add in tomato puree and italian seasoning. Simmer for 3+ hours. Add in baking soda as needed to dilute acidity. Let marinade 2 days if possible.
