Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • Tomato Puree
  • 1 Onion
  • Minced Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Possible Sherry
  • Possible Balsamic Vinegar
  • Baking Soda as needed to dilute acidity

Preparation

Step 1

Mince onion and garlic and cook in olive oil until soft. Add in tomato puree and italian seasoning. Simmer for 3+ hours. Add in baking soda as needed to dilute acidity. Let marinade 2 days if possible.
