Ingredients
- 6-8 potatoes sliced med
- 1 lb. *Drier's* summer sausage, casing removed, cut in 3 inch sections
- 1 med. onion sliced med
- *Drier's* seasoning salt
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Saute potatoes and onions in large frying pan using olive oil. Season with Drier’s seasoning. When vegetables are almost done lay smoked sausage on top, cover until warmed through.
