Ingredients
- 2 C. elbow pasta cooked
- 1 c. saute onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 3 c. N.Y. cheddar cheese
- 2 c. *Drier's* ham chopped, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and garlic in butter add 1/4 cup flour add 2 cups milk to make sauce. Continue to stir at low heat until thicken add 3 cups N.Y. cheddar cheese and 2 cups Drier's ham (optional) pour over cooked pasta and turn into buttered 9x13 pan. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake at 350 until hot and bubbly
