Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks in juice, reserve liquid
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cylinder Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 6 tablespoons pineapple juice, from chucks

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar and flour. Add can of drained pineapple. Toss the pineapple and flour mixture. Add cheese. Place in greased 8" casserole dish.
Combine melted butter, 6 tablespoons pineapple juice and crushed crackers. Use this mixture to top the other ingredients in the casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
